The Challenge
Many individuals carry inherited stories about who they are, what they’re capable of, and what their future holds—often shaped by environment, trauma, and cultural narratives they never chose. Without opportunities to slow down and reflect, these internal stories quietly influence decision-making, behavior, and self-worth.
Program Outcome
Through guided film analysis and facilitated discussion, participants learn to recognize how stories shape identity and belief. The workshop creates space for reflection, accountability, and narrative reframing—helping individuals separate past circumstances from future possibility and consciously author a more intentional personal story.
